当店はパンも全て植物性の原材料のみで作られています
そしてもう一つの特徴として“花酵母”を使っています
敷地内にある桃の花から採取したオリジナルの花酵母を使って焼き上げています
乳酸菌豊富で食感とが軽く香り豊かな、身体にも環境にも優しいパンです

えぐみの少なさや栄養価の高さが魅力の有機野菜
そして化学肥料は農薬の使用が制限されている有機野菜は地球に配慮した環境で育てる事が出来ます
